    I cancelled my policy in September 24 but they took £101.65 out of my bank in December. I tried multiple times to contact them and eventually got through to have the money reimbursed. Today, 11th January 2025 they have taken another £101.65 out of my account and when I try to call, the call cuts out after 1 second

    This company have taken an unauthorised payment from my bank account. Telephone number is not available, just continuous tone. Avoid at all costs.

    VERY POOR Service - spoke to them on monday about faulty washing machine and had no reponse...called once and twice a day and still no resolution or idea if they will send a engineer. All i get it the answering service company saying we will leave a message and they will respond. Tried via email, call back and web and nothing...it BEEN over a Week and stil no call back. UPDATE : They have been in touch with a possible resolution

    My washing machine stopped working and water was leaking. I contacted customer services and spoke to Arlo. Arlo proceeded to process my request for a visit and a few days later an engineer was sent to tell me it was beyond economic repair. I contacted Arlo again a few days later and a new machine was offered. I decided t take the cash and brought a machine from Currys. Overall I got a quick response and also a new machine.

    Quick And Hassle Free First time I have made a claim, reported the fault to the claims team, engineer came the next day. Washer drum needed replacing so was deemed beyond economical repair. Peter and Lewis dealt with it, had a call the same day and a cash amount was offered to replace the washing machine which was received within a few days. Very smooth, friendly polite staff. Would recommend.

    SCAM BEWARE!!!! Sold my elderly mother cover for her SKY box over the phone, she thought she was talking to SKY but it was these cowboys, they took her card details over the phone and then started taking money from her bank each quarter. We've tried many times to cancel over the phone got given the run around, tried to cancel by email they ignored the emails. Asked them to send paperwork for the account (because we have nothing to show an account exists) they haven't done this. They take the payment directly from the bank and not as a direct debit so i have been unable to stop them taking the money. Beware Beware Beware!!!

    I have been with Domestic Warranty Shop for about two years for appliance care cover, and they are extremely good to deal with and great communication as well. Our washing machine broke down last year and they replaced it with a new one very quickly. It's the best one we have ever had too. I totally recommend them to anyone.
