Expensive even when on sale, clearly states 20% off lowest marked price but 2 for 30 marked not included when you get to checkout.
Meal nice but table really sticky
Absolutely foul service. The manager seems to be the ring leader of the foul service. I walked out today without my purchase after standing in a queue at a till with no cashier at first. The staffs attitude is absolutely rotten all of them. I’m disabled and really struggled getting into town today but I did. The biggest shame was that I wasn’t the only one and the old guy who served the other disabled woman was an absolute joke his behaviour towards her when he got her item wrong was pathetic and stroppy. To say I’m appalled by my experience today is an understatement!

Only one changing room available. Unfriendly and indifferent staff Chose not to make a purchase as unable to try on
Went in at 4.45 on 11/5/19 to buy 4 pairs of shoes equaling to around £200, staff were ignorant, didn't make eye contact when approached for help, they told people they were busy but werent actually serving customers and were seen to be taking their time, walking slowly with hands in their pockets and talking casually to other staff members, at 1 point there was 1 girl on the whole shop floor who didn't have a clue when asked how much a pair of shoes were and blaintly just said "ah done no" and put the shoe back, wort place ever for staff, shame as I'd been in earlier to buy my son his DCs and the woman who must have gone home was amazing, lovely and polite, didn't catch her name but she had long black wavey hair and talked about her niece, made my toddler laugh when he wasn't in the best of moods. I won't be returning to this store because of the ignorant staff, having worked in retail for 20 years I actually couldn't believe their attitude, it seemed like it was hometime soon so we can stop being nice to customers and stop doing our job, it was disgusting!
