   I would like to share my very positive experience with the team at Costa Coffee in Reading Train Station. The baristas are always extremely professional, friendly, and polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. The quality of service and coffee is consistently excellent. A special mention goes to the manager, Natalia, who leads by example — she is always kind, attentive, and manages the team with great professionalism. You can really feel that she cares about both the customers and her staff. Thank you to the whole team for making every visit such a pleasant experience!

   Went in to go a coffee, I’ve queued up and I’m waiting , two gentlemen were browsing the sandwich section. The staff can see me waiting but say nothing, they then go over to the other till and serve the gentlemen whilst they have seen me waiting at the other till. They then say are you waiting to be served? Which obviously I am if I’m standing at a the till, and tell me to join the back of the queue . When I walked in no one was in the queue. They were rude and didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in. Won’t be going to this Costa again

   The Eastern European member of staff called "Novo?" was very rude and curt with customers today and seemed absolutely incompetant. Also his black jumper was covered in food and what I hope was snot. Finger nails very dirty.

   Excellent customer service and interaction. The coffee was Costa standard so you know what you're getting but I had to write a review as the customer service was so good. I think the guys name was Diaz. He was chatting to my daughters and having a laugh with all of the customers while working hard with his colleague to get the orders out. On top of that he gave my daughters a biscuit so they were well happy. Really great to receive such cheery good service to bring some life to Reading station on a grey morning
