   Nice selection of cakes and coffees. Quite reasonable prices too! Service was ok, but a bit rushed despite not being all that busy, and immediately disengage once we paid.

   Food is always good quality at the brown bag, I’m always impressed. The ambience is nice and the window seating and outdoor seating is lovely. Unfortunately let down in recent visits by staff who seem to view us more as an inconvenience than customers. This seems to be a trickle down from one of the more senior members of staff. We think she is the manager although we’re not sure, as there is no identifying name badge or similar. Bracknell brown bag often half fill hot chocolate cups and fill the rest with cream. The first time we thought it was an accident, but I asked recently for a full cup of hot chocolate with a small squirt of cream on top and the (manager?) barista was quite irritated by my request. She seemed upset to have to fill the cup and actually had to be prompted to add more milk by the cashier. When we left the shop we said thank you and waved a polite goodbye but the staff ignored us. We understand cost of ingredients is high but prices have also gone up, and the Wokingham brown bag staff have never behaved this way. It’s very much a localised issue to the Bracknell branch

   Clean and cozy place to have awesome coffee , latte Tea( my fav) cakes . Nice staff very cheerful, and move around very quietly cleaning tables and cutlery without disturbing the customers . Wonderful place to enjoy with family and kids .

   Great coffee in a great location - the centre of Bracknell. Comfortable inside and outside seating. Can get very busy. Clean and good toilets.

   Great little coffee shop. Good coffee (without being fabulous). Shakes are awesome here though. We ate shortbread and sausage rolls which were tasty. Was a little messy the day we came. Might have been a little understaffed. Popular though as almost every table was full. Great place and will return here.

   Comfy seats, nice warm atmosphere and staff really friendly. It does get busy so you might find yourself walking around the block and checking back for seats; however, it’s worth the wait. Drinks are so tasty! Coffee is strong without being overwhelming. The cakes and awesome too. Love this place - best coffees out there!

   I like to go here as they do my favourite hot chocolate but decided to try one of their doughnuts yesterday and was not disappointed. I actually found it had slightly too much filling but definitely worth the £3.50. Overall I paid £11.04 for everything I bought which I thought was a bargain. Would definitely recommend to others. Very friendly staff and helpful and they always have free water on the go if needed

   Excellent coffee and the freshest tasting pastry I’ve had on the high street. Pleasant staff & a relaxing place & decor. This place cares about giving customers high quality for not-so-high prices. Support your local coffee shops and give the big brands a miss - you will not regret it!
