   This place is the best local furniture place. Didn't go to shop. Ordered online. Got friendly lady give me delivery details and I opted for them to build my wardrobe. The guys were lovely friendly efficient and fast. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Price i paid was very reasonable and competitive too. Thank you so much and even for helping move my bed back down when he didn't have to after id put it upright for space.

   We went in looking for a wardrobe and we purchased the Nevada 6 door, 2 drawer mirrored wardrobe in rustic oak. It looks so stylish and has finished our room off nicely. It was fast delivery and Kev who built it was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend this place.

   I ordered two sofas over the phone Thursday morning, which we had seen the day before at TS Domestics and they were delivered 3hrs later! What a brilliant service they offer! All arrived packaged well. The guys carried them up a flight of stairs, unpacked and put them in place. Also took our old sofa away. The sofas were half the price that they should have been and in perfect condition. I would thoroughly recommend TS domestics. The staff are so friendly and helpful too.

   I arranged a delivery of a product via Facebook with Sarah Deacon, but the delivery never showed up. She regularly ignores messages or when she does respond she is very abrupt and rude. I've sent several messages trying to rearrange my delivery but she constantly ignores me. She didn't bother letting me know that the item wouldn't be delivered despite arranging it with me just a couple of days prior. When I made a complaint to the store I was told I shouldn't have booked a delivery via Sarah and why didn't I ring the store to arrange a delivery instead? Maybe because I was never advised to do so. If you did the job you promised or signposted me in the correct direction this wouldn't be an issue. Clearly a serious problem with customer service at this company. Staff are rude and sadly take no responsibility when errors occur. Definitely won't be returning after today's experience. Very disappointed.

   Having seen a gorgeous navy foot stool on FB marketplace and messaged TS domestics, I had a message straight back advising the store address and opening hours. On arrival we were made to feel welcome and browsed the store. Why an Aladdin's cave! I came away with a foot stool and a set of suitcases. Amazing value for money and really friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend the store, who offer delivery at a reasonable cost. Anyone setting up a new home should visit, they sell electrical appliances, furniture and much more! Thanks Tammy for looking after me and mum.

   Bought a slow cooker of this company, arrived damaged and used . Sent it back and they refuse a full refund because apparently I damaged it! Great company if you want to be disappointed! Stay away buy from someone else is my advice !
