The barista Yvette was so professional and patient when it came to taking time to show my friend who has allergies to certain ingredients, a graph of everything in the coffee. So I guess I’m writing this on her behalf to say thank you, what a lovely lady

Our local Costa with all the normal features of this coffee shop chain. It can be surprisingly busy at times and more staff handling the orders would be a good improvement.

Staff allowed lads they knew to queue jump. Also served using disposable takeaway cups and a bag for a slice of cake. When we asked why, the reason given was because it’s quicker than washing up!

Should’ve walked around corner to Mug and Brew! Slow service, panini that’s cold in the middle, mediocre cake, only redeeming positive was coffee
I'm a very pedestrian coffee drinker, if I can have a lattè in my bamboo reusable mug and been served quickly and with a smile then I'm happy. Every trip is the same standard of drink, service, and setting so it's 'standard issue'. One thing they need to fix is the drying our of rheum cakes. I have lost count of the times I have had a dried out, stale cinnamon bun!
