James was fantastic! Such a good experience. Food was brilliant. Atmosphere top notch! Would highly recommend this pub to any families or if you fancy a drink it’s perfect!
The bar staff and kitchen staff was very welcoming and friendly with a great service and atmosphere They are very passionate when it comes to food and drink allergies alway making sure it safe for us to eat and drink at the prince. They have a fantastic options on vegan and vegetarian especially if you have allergies to Egg and dairy or any other allergies. I just want to give kev a big thank you for always looking out for me especially today when I became unwell after thinking I was better it a surprise what viruses can do to us. If you ever feel unwell some of the staff like Kev, Harvey, James, martin and izzy will always be on hand they all fantastic at what they do.
Had an absolutely fantastic evening at the pub for bingo night on Thursday! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and it was such a fun way to spend the evening. Big shoutout to Jay, who was an absolute star – friendly, funny, and kept the energy up all night. They really helped make the night memorable! Also, the food was spot on – tasty, fresh, and great portions. You can tell care goes into what’s served here. Can’t wait to come back – whether it’s for bingo or just a meal, this place is a gem!
What a great pub. Jay and his staff work hard to make sure you have everything you need. Extremely helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Izzy with her bubbly personality, Martin in the kitchen and Harvey behind the bar. If you need a bit of fun try your luck at card bingo on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It gets everybody talking and cheering each other. Well done guys.
Lovely friendly pub. Food was good and very reasonably priced. The staff were brilliant really helpful to accommodate all our needs and our group ranged in age from 73 to 1 year! We were visiting from Cheshire but hope to go back!
Went to watch England V Wales and what a great atmosphere with friendly staff and decent pub food.
First time and will definitely come back. Staff were all extremely friendly and more than considerate and helpful when it came checking if certain food items were vegan for my girlfriend. Most places wouldn't have checked so extensively so that was lovely. The food itself was fantastic too. The chicken wings were an absolute bargain and dare I say better than Nandos! Compliments to the chef, who also helped in person with the vegan options. Thank you very much all!
Always good at our local pub. Had this delicious brunch while watching the rugby. Very good cappuccino and a mimosa, why not. Great service too.
The Prince is a gorgeous pub with a friendly bunch of staff who are always happy to help. I had the Big breakfast from their brunch menu which was delicious! It was so nice seeing how the staff and management interacted with their customers, quick service with a smile. I will definitely be returning.
