It's a good pub. Good crew, good food, good beer, big garden. Staple for us, not regulars but when we go out for a pint, it is often here
Another lovely evening celebrating a friends birthday. Food was served quickly and hot. Our favourite local pub
Busy Pub good atmosphere and it looked like it did good food staff member took quite awhile to serve us and once we received our drinks they were in different glasses to what we had ordered and my glass had quite a lot of dirt around the rim. I didn’t actually drink my drink and left.
Selection of real ales and lager. Nicely cooked and presented meals. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Live music on Friday evenings and DJ Saturday evenings. Large rear beer garden.
The pub was clean and quite busy at lunchtime. When food order was placed we were informed of a 50min wait, so alright, we were in no hurry. Food was very good, but it arrived 1 hour 30 mins after order placed. Something wrong here. Will we be back? Unlikely.
Pub friendly enough I took 3 children 6 4 and 2 in for a meal there food was delivered quick and was hot and they enjoyed it but mine never appeared I could not leave them alone so on leaving I told them to not bother with mine as we had to go after being in there for over an hour thay said sorry for not even doing mine said have a good night and walked away no mention of my money back wont be going again
What an incredibly rude and unprofessional approach to customers. We booked a table the day before and fravelled 40 minutes to be told on arrival that they weren't honouring bookings because 'they were very busy'. Having taken our contact details at booking, I enquires why they didn't then contact us to save a wasted journey and was rudely told 'you can see we're busy, we haven't got time to contact you!' Missing the point of customer service and courtesy slightly. Not a place or people who deserve custom with plenty of other good pubs nearby
