   Emma was exceptionally rude, blunt and aggressive in her mannerism. I won't shop at Office again based on this experience, it was uncalled for and someone that ignorant, who seemed to have absolute contempt for customers for no reason has no business in a customer service role. I was intimidated and scared by her abrupt and aggressive manner and when I politely said I don't need the box she bit my head off and shouted if I don't take the box I can't get a refund which is incorrect and a breach of the Consumer Act, if there's a problem with the goods as per the regulations such as defects then you're required by law to provide a refund. Emma's attitude was despicable and has left me with a very poor opinion of Office.

   Staff aren’t happy to help. Just chatting amongst themselves whilst you are trying on shoes on display. When asked for sizes they pass you the shoes and offer no help unless you ask. Not a great experience and it’s such a shame cause they have such great selections of shoes.

   They usually have a good selection of shoes and seem to regularly have sales up to 50% off in their shop only thing to be wary of is the step on the right hand side of the shop plenty of people I've tripped up in it falling in or out the shop
