Ordered locking wheel nut and bolts an hour ago (Saturday) to be delivered to my home address, delivery 4-5 days, but omg an hour later they have been delivered. Absolutely incredible service, thank you Euro Car Parts Wokingham.
⭐ 1 Star – Only because zero stars wasn’t an option ⭐ Wow. Just… wow. Euro Car Parts has truly mastered the art of doing absolutely nothing while still happily charging for it. We paid extra for “express delivery” — apparently “express” means they expressly don’t deliver anything and expressly don’t bother calling you either. I guess calling customers is too advanced a skill in 2025? Maybe they’re still waiting for the invention of the telephone. Or maybe they think parcels magically teleport to our doors. Instead, we got silence. No update. No call. No delivery. Not even a carrier pigeon. But they were extremely efficient at taking the money though — funny how that part works flawlessly. If you enjoy paying for services you’ll never receive, or like sitting by the window waiting for a delivery that was never even packed, Euro Car Parts is the perfect match for you. Absolute joke of a company. Avoid unless you love disappointment
Absolutely Disgraceful Service from Euro Car Parts Wokingham I paid EXTRA for express delivery, and what did I get? A whole day wasted. I waited from 8am to 6pm, and no one bothered to turn up. Not even a courtesy update. When I called, I was told that the delivery time “wasn’t guaranteed.” Funny how the extra delivery charge apparently was guaranteed though. Because of their complete lack of reliability, I had to cancel my mechanic appointment, rearrange my babysitter, and deal with an entire chain of unnecessary hassle—all caused by their incompetence. The whole experience was a total shambles. For a company this large, this level of disorganisation is beyond unacceptable. If this is what they call “express delivery,” then it’s a joke. I’ll be thinking twice before ever ordering from Euro Car Parts Wokingham again.
Refused to price match, "unless it was only couple of pounds." Even though the website states they price match, they will not price match and happy charge £33 extra on a part available by many other reputable suppliers for only £62. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the manager, completely false advertising! Been shopping with ECP for over 12 years now, and will be moving all my business to another company. Would suggest anyone to look elsewhere before shopping with this lot.

Very leaniant returns policy means there's never any hassle if you've accidentally purchased the wrong part or need to swap it for something more specific. Very quick click and collect as well as delivery is really helpful.
