Called late on Christmas Day to replace a popped tyre on motorway services. Amazing communication throughout with good time estimations and pricing! Would highly recommend this service! Very friendly people who worked quickly in the cold to change our tyre. Thank you :)
On route to work, hit the kerb at 6am... Christmas eve, tyre dead! Thought that was it for my car until the new year as who was going to come out last minute and sort this for me!? Whilst I was at work none the less! This company took my rambling phonecall, led my technology inept self through dropping a Pin for my location. Allowed me to get to work and not have to sit with my car. Great communication, easy payment. Photos of the process. Kept me informed. Fair price for the service Honestly couldn't recommend more! I get to leave work tonight, Xmas eve and go home to my family. Without a massive wait for roadside to tow me. So happy! Thank you guys! And Merry Christmas!!
Avoid. Called this place and was told 60-90 mins, and had to give £80 deposit. Turned up 2h 15 mins later, were there for 10 mins, charged me £350. Two guys turned up in an unmarked van and hardly said anything to me - no apology for the time, guy I'd been speaking to on the phone didn't even get out of the van. It's my fault for not checking up on other reviews and sanity checking the price, but go literally anywhere else - there are loads of other callout companies that'll give you a better service for half the price.
The tire fitter who turned up was really nice, friendly and efficient. The wait time was over double what was originally quoted and ended up being nearer to 4 hours but the car was at home so not so much of an issue. Would use them again.
Worst service ever.. Takes six weeks or more( hopefully not more) to install pressure censor and still waiting. When questioned, there was no explanation. First he said he went on holiday and later he said mums was ill. What’s next? Customer service in terms of updates was very very poor. I ended up purchasing for another vehicle because I can’t keep on paying for taxi.. I wonder when this will be completed.. Unreliable.
