Avoid This Garage – Dishonest, Overpriced, and Poor Quality Work I had an extremely disappointing and costly experience with this garage. I went in to have my clutch replaced, supplying the clutch kit myself. The job was supposed to cost under £400 — instead, I ended up paying over £1,000 due to their incompetence and lack of responsibility. After they completed the repair, my car started shaking badly — a problem that didn’t exist before. I went back to the garage, and without even inspecting the car, the mechanic (Ali) immediately asked if I had provided the clutch. As soon as I confirmed I had, he blamed the parts without any diagnosis. After a heated argument, he told me the flywheel was “juggling” and needed to be replaced too. He convinced me to let them fix it, charging me an extra £730. He promised to give me an invoice so I could return the clutch and reclaim the cost (including labour) from the original retailer. That never worked — the retailer denied the refund, and I was left stuck with the full bill. I believe the flywheel was damaged due to their poor installation the first time — not because of any fault with the parts. But of course, they took no responsibility. To make matters worse, even after all that, my second gear still doesn’t shift smoothly. So not only was I ripped off, but the repair itself is still not properly done. This garage is unprofessional, dishonest, and overpriced. They charged me more than double what I should have paid, blamed everyone else for their own mistakes, and left me with a car that still isn't fixed properly. Avoid this place at all costs. You’ll regret it.
