   Interaction over the phone was brilliant, people I spoke to were friendly, helpful and professional. However, the employee manning reception when I picked up the part was miserable, unwelcoming and ruined an otherwise great experience.

   To be honest every time I speak to these guys they seem rude and not helpful at all, And the last time I was there the guy at the counter acted like he didn’t want to serve me and again very rude. Shame because I would use them more if they seemed like they want to work and help there customers out.

   Phone today to notify the counter staff member I did not require an overnight ordered item. I apologised and tried to explain but the guy ended the call during the conversation. Maybe I should have not bothered to phone and admit my mistake. Will use another branch, worth the extra drive.

   Not massively helpful on the phone and sounded like he wanted me to get off the phone and let him go back to what he was doing, definitely will not be using them for any parts!

   Went here for a few clips for my fiesta. Stood about and said hi to someone walking about in the background who politely suggested that I press the buzzer. Ok but weird. Then a nice guy came down and served me. Knew what I was after and was knowledgeable and found six of the clips I was after. He said that would be nearly 20 pounds so I went into my pocket before he said no cash. They don’t accept cash. I mean £20 for a few bits of plastic turned down. Oh dear. I promptly went to A1 and got the bits for free. Also when I bought a roof rack here the box was totally shredded and missing bits. The manager sorted it out but Yh. Still a bit of a shambles. I wish Ford did it differently.

   Been open for two years and I only discovered this Spare parts gem today! Was looking for service parts (oil, filters etc) for my wife's Ford Focus, 5Ltr Oil per Ford specs (5W-30 A5 Full Synthetic) & a Ford oil filter for £22.78. The cheapest I found compared to Halfords, Euro Car Parts. Gentlemen quite pleasant and very good service. Would recommend to any Ford owner & Diy enthusiast who doesn't what to pay premium prices.
