   I visited the GSF customer dealing desk, expecting to find someone there. Instead, I was met with two men who were on their desktop computers, but not working. They were instead talking and laughing with each other, and had their Techno music on. I stood there for about 5 to 7 minutes, but they didn’t respond at all. Eurocarparts is far better than this GSF. Honestly, it was my very first time at GSF, and it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.

   I wish they sold more better known brands. Would buy more from them ... but they are very helpful so appreciate that. Do buy parts and had no issues yet from the store.

   Young guy on the desk need to fill some gaps in training for customer service. You stand there without any acknowledgment from the team, they are too busy on the computer and literally ignore the presence of the customer that is physically present there. staff Definitely need some more training on customer service.

   GSF used to have one of the best customer service on the counter in Reading, however these days there are few clowns occupied those seats and treat you like a plebs. I gave up dealing with them completely in the end… try to buy online and save £££ instead.
