I initially received a reasonable quote from Malik for spray-painting the side panels and the front and rear bumpers. However, when I collected the vehicle, I noticed several issues: paint drips on the front bumper, a deep scratch on the left rear wing side panel, and additional markings in the areas that had been spray-painted. The workmanship was extremely disappointing. I returned the car to Malik as agreed so the issues could be rectified. Unfortunately, when I picked it up again today, there was no improvement at all. To make matters worse, there was now a parking ticket on the car, which Malik tried to blame on me! Given Malik’s inability to deliver quality service and resolve these issues, I cannot recommend this place. I’m now left with a poorly painted car and added frustration.

The repair itself looks fine, but the inside of the car was covered in filler dust, and despite extensive cleaning it still smells of filler. It's a shame - it's the second time I have used them but I won't be going back.

Malik and the team did a really good job ironing the dents out of my Vectra, going above and beyond my expectations. Really good value for money for the work involved , and I would be happy to recommend the Accidental Repair Centre to you based on my experience.

good for quick economical repairs, but my door re-spray was not colour matched well and the paintwork was prone to scratching, (needed redoing 3 month later)

i found my experience always very pleasant when other garages quote you 1000's and do a half assed job - you are better off going to the guys for a fraction of the price and are more than welcome to watch your car being worked on through-out. Best prices and services in reading by far - for everything and anything! 5 out of 5
