I have been getting all my Toyota's serviced here for about 15 years (and Lexus next door). I have even purchased a brand new car from them. To be honest, Sales, Service and Parts depts are very good. Albeit, I always do my own research etc on what I want done prior to my visits. Servicing is pretty straight forward as I have a Service Plan. Drops one star because someone insists on touching my Dashcam, so I now disconnect it myself and leave a note on the passenger seat saying that they don't have to touch it !!.
