   I’ve completely trusted Karcare to look after my car(s) for several years and I’m a natural sceptic. See some negative reviews here and they’re not reasonable. These guys are always full on busy so be realistic. Unless you just need a wiper blade replacing, it takes time to diagnose, order parts and fix so be realistic. You can’t expect a precise time like getting your suede shoes repaired. These guys will do whatever it takes to get you back on the road - if you’re a decent person. Trevor is one of the nicest people in Reading. Shout out to my legends Ed and Kieran.

   Booked MOT and service for a Thursday before Easter. Got a call the morning of the booking from an employee telling me they weren't opening up the shop that day and would not be taking my car in, with no further explanation or solution. Didn't answer any of my calls. Has greatly affected my ability to work as I need my car to travel.

   Karcare were a life saver for me today. I was let down by another garage for my MOT (booked weeks ago) and ended up without one with mine expiring the next day. They managed to find some time to add my car to their busy schedule and now my MOT was completed. They were also very polite and helpful and answered all my questions on the advisory notes. I will be back for services too.

   I am a local car trader operating in Reading and I started using Karcare for my MOT’s, servicing and inspection work on all of my cars. I have to say that these guys have been doing a great job for me. They are honest, efficient and welcoming when I need things done in a hurry. Thank you to Eddy, Trevor and the guys for looking after me and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a car or van repaired.

   I was late for my appointment due to traffic in Reading (nothing new there) but Eddie was very accomodating and still managed to get my car sorted and through its MOT very quickly. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Always professional and super quick and you know the job has been done properly.

   I left my car 9:30 in the morning and they told me that I will take it back today. I called them afternoon to ask about an estimated time so I can plan my day/night accordingly. They told me that they are working on the car and they’ll call me soon. No one called, now they are probably closed as they don’t answer the phones. Why wouldn’t you say it will take more than a day? What if I need it tonight? How am I gonna take my kids to school tomorrow? That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. They could ring me up and tell me that it will take longer than they anticipated. Hope I can take my car tomorrow but, I will never use their service again.

   Eddie and his team have painstakingly diagnosed a problem which was so obscure in my car! Then they repaired it in time for me to go to work which was fab, as a single mum I really needed to get there and earn! He really cares and is a very honest and compassionate mechanic. Cannot recommend Karcare enough!!
