    Awful experience, bought a £800 window for a customer, wasn't told it would be different to what he had fitted and would require additional parts to even fit, the customer refused to pay, tps refused to return and refund the part even after showing pics it's different, I'm now £800 down, also in the past had a part that failed after 6 days and was refused a return as apparently that's too long, I didn't care too much about that one as it was only £150 but £800 to lose is ridiculous, will not use again and will let my customers know not to use as well, so disappointed

    Been using these chaps for over two / three years on trade account getting all of my genuine Volkswagen / Audi parts from them, spoke to Haps and Scott in the past, and not single issue I’ve had with these two fellas, always got the parts and part numbers needed, spoke to a chap called James on 8th August 2022 for him to turn on me and be like they can’t give me the part number for centre air vents from VW, so I could use that to look elsewhere and they would rather me wait 7-10 working days for a back order, thank you TPS for a terrible service. Great work for losing a customer, rather take my business elsewhere.

    Quite good place for original parts of VM group. I guess because if this covid-19 I am not happy how they are running this business. It's very hard some times to explain over the phone when you buying parts. I had not great experience when I ordered parts. But overall good place and quite good customer service.
