We always come here for MOT and servicing our cars. I trust them completely and have never had an issue in 25+ years. They're timely, honest, friendly and charge a good rate for any work needed. And, it's great to support a family business. 100% recommended.
I had an unsatisfactory experience with this auto repair shop. The customer service was disappointing to say the least, and I found there was a lack of clear communication regarding the repair process and time. As I ultimately decided to take my vehicle elsewhere, I cannot provide feedback about their actual repair work.
Unexpected charges - They quoted £600 for replacement of my car's silencer pipe which eventually got done for £400 at Honda. They also quoted a high price for fixing the parking sensor. I don't mind the higher quotation but they charged £40 just for looking at it which was quite unfair. It's a shame because they seem to be good guys and are quite close to my new place, but i won't go there again due to this bad experience.
Amazing service, I'd recommend this garage to anyone. Nice & helpful staff & honest upfront. I was recommended this garage by a local air conditioning specialist & pleased to say no regrets! They repaired my car's air conditioning today & even better: it didn't cost as much as anticipated & the job was completed earlier than they initially said. Needed to get my car MOT'd at pretty short notice last September and was unable to get in anywhere, but managed to book a slot at Northcourt Garage who provided top level service with reasonable pricing. They were also able to help out with my handbrake issue at very short notice. Pricing is reasonable and their customer service skills are top-notch. Really pleased and very happy to recommend them for MOT and servicing.
Abdolute heroes. I was about to head off to a wedding 80 miles away when an issue arose with my car which needed sorting before I could head off. I was getting so upset and stressed ringing garages for help- these guys were the fifth garage I called and told me to bring it in. They immediately did what was needed and I was able to get to the wedding. I will certainly be visiting these guys again and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys, you saved the day
This is an excellent family run garage. I've been using them for about 13 years now & they do excellent work & always go the extra mile. Being a woman I've found in the past at other garages that I've been treated like an idiot or been intimidated by the men working there. But I've never had it here. They are always very friendly, kind, fair & offer an amazing service. I have & always will highly recommend them.
