   Avoid!!! Never had such bad customer service from a repair centre before. I originally contacted the garage for a private repair quote to replace the door on my car. I was told then I would get the quote in 2 days. 1 week later still no quote, I called them up to be informed that both engineers were on holiday and I would get the quote the following week. Another week went by and still no quote. I called again to be told the internet was down and I would receive the quote in a couple of days. Another week went by and still no quote. Called again to for them to say the internet was still down. I then decided to go through my insurance company for the repairs. Got a phone call from this garage the same day as that’s who the insurance company recommend. Funny how all of a sudden their internet works to receive the work from my insurance company! Arranged for the garage to collect my car for the repairs between a certain time. Ended up having to chase them up as they were more than 2 hours late for the pickup. No apologies at all for this. Had to then chase the garage up after 2 weeks to find out when I would have my car back. They then informed me my car was ready that day and they would drop it off between a certain time. That time came and went and still no car. I called to find out where it was to be given some rubbish excuse about traffic on the motorway. There is absolutely no need to go on the motorway to drop my car off to me. I then got told that no notes were made on my file about dropping the car off that day. It turns out the lady who I spoke to that morning was incompetent at making notes on the computer and relaying it back to her colleagues. Finally received my car back the next. They then took my hire car with them back to the garage and informed me there was no need to arrange with the insurance company to collect the car as they would sort that out. Only for my insurance company to then call me 2 days later to find out where the hire car was, turns out the garage hadn’t let them know they had it!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. I would never recommend this garage to anyone at all. Staff need more training on how to do their jobs and how to deal with customers.

   Car was repaired and delivered which I would give full stars. One star less because the rare passenger tyre was completely flat on delivery and also car was cleaned from outside only (which wasn't of good standard either) and inside was completely ignored. Over all good customer service!

   Had a full respray done on the car with these guys including a few panels being replaced due to rust. Very happy with the outcome. Would have got 5 stars but the job took a lot longer than originally quoted (I had a courtesy car for the period). I picked up a few minor issues with seals around windows after I got the car back and the guys sorted these out the next time I could take the car in. Very happy. Make sure you get a quote before commencing any work.
