Very friendly staff. Professional on the phone when I spoke to them. On arrival very clean workshop. Adam was very helpful and chatted away while getting my lights changed. Decent price and would definitely recommend anyone to take their car into this garage @ABE MOTORS WORKS LTD. They took card payments. 1st impressions for me sealed the deal….. They booked my MOT for me, when it failed Adam sorted out my car the very next day and rebooked my car in. I dropped my car off and was going to call a taxi, however one of the staff offered me a lift back home while my car was getting sorted for Mot, Adam took my car for MOT, that itself saved me a journey and taxi fare. Their hospitality and customer service is exceptional goes beyond expectations. I would highly recommend to all living in Reading area to at least take your car into this garage, You will never regret it!

Adam, was great when we used him for our less than perfect car. Gave us a run down of what was wrong and costs involved and knew his stuff. Kept in contact with us and for me turned up on time when he said he would, something some garage technician's lack. Highly recommend A.B.E especially on German vehicles.
After being mucked about by BMW and rescheduled twice, my car was in need of an Oil and Brake fluid service urgently. I could not wait longer for BMW as my service light had been on for some time. A friend of mine recommended that I contact Adam as he is his go to man. Adam fit me in on short notice, was polite, courteous, accommodating and informative. Not only this he saved me money from BMW's quote and this was even with a full service as he advised this was required. The great thing about ABE is that he is happy to take the time to explain in layman's terms what is going on with your car. I did not feel pressured into doing anything as he simply educated me on what parts of my car may and may not need work and the options I have. This meant I felt like I knew what I was paying for and that I understood why it was necessary. This was really refreshing as often Garages say they have done something or say something needs doing and don't properly explain, leaving you just assuming that the car needs the work or must be okay. I would not hesitate in recommending Adam and ABE to anyone I know and he will now be my go to man for anything car related. Adam has given me something no other garage has been able to in my time which is peace of mind, he is someone who I feel I can rely on to point me in the right direction even if it does not fall under his remit.
