   The worst branch I've ever been to. They sent me the wrong size pads for my Q7, but when I get there in the morning today they told me they don't do returns on Saturdays what a joke this shop !!! Fela didn't even offer other pads for my Q7. Simply Fela in the counter dont care anything.Don't buy there any parts because you'll waste your time and the time of your mechanic as they are not allowed to do returns in Saturday's what a ridiculous shop in Aldershot! Avoid !!! Avoid this branch!!!

   I have very bad experience with them. The guy at reception was very rude and did argument. At the end said don't come to store next time. While I was there atleast 5 customers came back and they were given wrong parts. Long queue at reception and seems like they were not bother.

   If you want to spend half a day waiting for a guy with one finger typing skills trying to understand his computer this is the place for you. It’s quite warm if you want to keep toasty for 4 hours to buy an air filter.

   I have owned a lot of cars and I like to get my hands dirty; I have needed lots of parts. Whilst I have visited lots of car parts places and whilst I frown upon the in-your-face promotion codes on their site, I have found the Aldershot office ninja efficient and welcoming. Someone ought to promote one particular person: I have never asked the person his name but I think he is either Ukrainian or Serbian. I travel extra few miles because I know I will save time and get excellent quality service.
