   I Broke down at a shell garage in a Lotus Emira due to a flat battery and started to panic. A Quick google brought me to Fleet Service Centre who wasnt too far from where I was. A friendly voice at the other end of the phone without hesitation said " I'll come save you! " Within a few minutes I was on the road on my way back to Kent, absolute life saver on a busy Friday afternoon. A kind favour that went a long way!

   Called in for some information on a car previously serviced by this garage to do some due diligence on a potential purchase. Trev was so helpful and went out of his way to answer any questions I had. He didn't have to do that. Great customer service and says a lot about this garage!!

   Went to the service centre to check what was wrong with my front window wipers. Was told it needs a motor replacement and quoted 120-180 for the job. Took it their next week and left my car with them and returned home. Got a call within an hour saying it's the linkage that's the issue and if I needed the car on the same day it would cost me £530 and could be £50 cheaper if I can wait for an extra day. I asked them not to do any work as this was way about any other quotes that I had received. I was told I would be charged for the labour and paid £84 for a work that I was initially quoted between £120-£180, but now without the repair. He even told me that the linkage would be cheaper than the motor itself which didn't make any sense as I was quoted way cheaper for the motor replacement. Took it to a different garage and got the whole repair done for £87. Absolute rip off from these people.

   I have used Fleet Service Centre on several occasions now for servicing, MoT and aircon issues. Each visit was consistently excellent in the service they provided, the quality of the work and pleasure in dealing with personnel. No hesitation in recommending them.

   Omg what a place. Took my car for MOT yesterday and it failed. Contacted these guys on recommendation. They fitted me in today. Fixed the faults then took it for another MOT. It passed. These guys are fair. Understanding helpful. Friendly and above all honest.there work is incredible They have a new customer with me and I will highly recommend them to others. Great team lads.

   Absolutely shocking service. Constant lies and broken promises, when you ask to speak to a manager you get told that nobody is available and nobody ever calls you back. We will never purchase another Ford. The response from Ford when trying to raise a complaint - "I requested your manager call back but in this instance the issues do not justify receiving a call back so a manager will not be in contact regarding this case" They don't even know what my complaint it, nor will they even listen. ****AVOID THIS COMPANY****

   Took two vehicles in for air con recharges, both done very quickly and the results are brilliant. Very helpful with advice on wheel bearings on my Jeep. Nice to find a place that has old fashioned values and customer service.
