Avoid they didnβt do the work I paid for costing over Β£3000 and have had a new engine installed costing over Β£6000 and now left with a huge bill as they advised DPF removal and completely damaged the van. Not only that they didnβt put the van back together properly and missed 85 percent of the bolts and cable tied things together and used silicone everywhereβ¦ words canβt explain the damage they have done. Iβve messaged many times and had no response back. Small claims court pending. Avoid!

Incredible service from Lynchford service centre. Called on the off chance that they could help on of my customers on a Saturday afternoon who was in the area. They immediately diagnosed and rectified the problem with and charged a very reasonable amount to fix it. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I can't praise them highly enough. I have asked for a 200 pound full service to be done and for them to check my clutch due to it sometimes not slotting in correctly when changing gears, it is also mentioned on the website that the full service includes a car wash. I received no communication for almost a week after dropping my car off. After calling a few times I was told it was finished and I can come pick it up. When I arrived I was told that my clutch was changed and it will now cost me over 700 pounds. I was not consulted with or informed of these additional costs, I received no communication whatsoever from anyone during my car's servicing. I have asked for them to check the clutch yes, but how am I supposed to know if it might just need some realigning or oiling or if it needs a full replacement? They also threw my old clutch in the rubbish so I felt like I couldn't request for them to reverse the unauthorised services. My car was also not washed despite that service being advertised as part of the full service. Overall incredibly disappointing experience, I would not recommend this place due to the very poor communication and not following basic standards of this trade.

Brilliant car service. We travelled from manchester to pick up our car which had some issue and this guy sorted it straightaway and did not even charge us a penny! Never seen such honest person in my life. I would recommend them to everyone!
