My wife went into Kwik Fit Shinfield yesterday with a puncture. The lads were visibly busy but Jamie went the extra mile to fit her in. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend. I now have a very happy wife no longer asking to borrow my car. So thank-you.
I want to thank Jay at Kwik Fit Shinfield for his amazing help today. One of my car tyres kept losing air, and other garages couldn’t take me in urgently. Jay went above and beyond, even though the replacement valve needs to be ordered for next week, he still managed to do a temporary fix and refilled the air for me. He’s always so helpful and reliable, and I’m truly grateful to have someone like him in the estate. Highly recommend!
Even i popped in Friday 5 PM, staff was incredible helpful and polite. I was there for wheel geometry and 2 tires replacement. Very professional even they finished after closing time that is 6PM. Thank you
Michael fitted an exhaust to my wife's KA and was extremely polite and professional. The job took longer than expected due to a parts issue but the Shinfield team were excellent in everything they did. I was always kept informed as to what was happening...they are a great team!
I popped into the Shinfield branch to have my alternator and car battery checked due to a power issue on my vehicle. I spoke to Mike who was very welcoming, professional and happy to assist. He carried out the checks and explained fully. I also appreciate he was understanding about vehicle access due to me being immunocompromised. He was kind, approachable, professional and you are lucky to have him as your employee. Please pass on my thanks to Mike whom I met this time. I have always found all the other staff at your Shinfield branch, even though different staff each time I visited, to be helpful and will continue to use Kwik fit.
Had 2 tyres done the other day and was very happy with the service I received! Very welcoming and very knowledgable! Will definitely be coming here in future for any issues with my car and also will be recommending to friends and family too!
Had a great experience this morning, booked in for 08:30hrs for 2 replacement tyres on a 2019 Audi A3. Was in and out in 30 minutes with just enough time to pop over the road for a bacon roll and coffee. Top work, big thanks to Kieran and the team.
Whilst short-staffed, they managed to fit me in for a tyre change...a bit of an emergency as I could only travel a couple of miles after pumping it up. They had my tyre in stock, whilst everywhere else had to order them in. I was told I would have to wait for a possible 2 or 3 hours due to their workload. I had no problem with this, it needed doing or I was going nowhere. On checking the car, the other rear tyre was at its limit and also needed replacing, adding to the workload! Somehow they managed to squeeze my job in with an hour, so I could get on with my day...what amazing service for a stretched team. Very many thanks to Steven and his trainee. You are both worthy of high praise. Happy Christmas.
Honestly couldn't be happier after taking my car here. They looked at my exhaust and sorted it out super fast. They were very communicative, efficient, generous and friendly. Will definitely go back if I have any issues in the future
