    Brought my watch in to get some links removed and the watch was perfectly fine when I was handed the watch back there was a scratch on the dial asked him to get it buffed out or fixed and he refused saying it wasn’t him. Completely unprofessional

    I copied a normal apartment key here.(Aberdeen, Union Street) But the key copy didn't work, I took it back to be repaired. Unfortunately the second repaired key doesn't work either. I don't recommend it.

    Very helpful staff. Assistant named Christopher on his badge, went the extra mile for me as I was short on time and got my pet tag engraved before his other orders. Chatted away pleasantly and made sure I had a seat to wait on. I would definitely return. He told me he had only been there 4 weeks and was still learning but the service was fantastic by all 3 staff.
