   Great looking chair at a very reasonable price. Mark was kind enough to accommodate us and let us see an example whilst travelling back from Scotland to London. The ability to see the chair and sit in it ahead of purchasing really helped us make up our minds. The chair is very comfortable and the leather is of a much higher quality than other examples we've seen

   This company celebrates its quality and claims to come very close to the original Vitra in terms of quality and design. What kind of ignorance and perceptual disorder does the managing director of this company suffer from? Apart from the fact that the photos speak for themselves, it is quite cheeky to doubt the quality and workmanship supplied. Rusted parts, adhesive marks, quirks on the steel, chipping and inaccuracies in the drill holes speak for themselves. The managing director did not want to accept any of this, nor did he want to make any concessions apart from taking back this quality disaster. I strongly advise against buying goods from this company to avoid disappointment and annoyance.

   I’ve bought 5x pieces of furniture from Iconic Interiors now since around 2010 and they are consistently excellent. Not only is Mark friendly and a good communicator, he has a passion for quality first. The prices are fair and despite some fairly long lead times, the furniture items I’ve purchased (notably Barcelona and EA219 style chairs) are top notch craftsmanship. Really pleased and would highly recommend - 5/5

   I’d wanted an Eames lounger for some time but couldn’t afford the licensed version from Vitra. Neither did I want to risk an online purchase from a seller with no UK address. I’m so glad I discovered Iconic Interiors, a genuine UK based furniture supplier who have been in business for many years. Although it is a reproduction made in China, the quality of my Eames lounger is fantastic. Mark at Iconic was very helpful and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase.

   Fantastic company to purchase from. Mark was helpful and swift with my initial enquiry and having taken delivery, I am so very happy with my Barcelona chair….awesome! So well made, an excellent version of this iconic piece of furniture. I have only sat on one of these chairs once before buying and very briefly….but, it is so comfortable. The perfect seat for my height (6') and a wonderful chair for reading or casual laptop work. Since its arrival I haven’t been sure whether to enjoy sitting on it, or opposite it to appreciate the view!!! If you're thinking about one of these chairs, stop thinking and make the purchase, you will be extremely happy.

   Quality of products absolutely superb but quality of service and communication utterly dismal. We placed our order in August 2022 and was told it would be delivered in October. We then made contact with Mark in October to find out when we could expect our furniture as hadn't heard anything from him. He said it was delayed until Nov. We then chased again in November and he said it would be January, we then chased again in January and finally received our order 18 February 2023. If you are happy to wait and dont mind poor service then the quality of the furniture is fantastic. If not then choose a different company.
