   About 12 months ago, I needed a new double mattress at short notice. I visited The M6 Bed Warehouse showroom and was really impressed by the huge range of stock. It’s a big place with options to suit pretty much any need or budget. Oliver was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived, taking the time to understand what I was looking for, my budget, and my preferences. He showed me several great options and then gave me space to try them out in my own time, which I really appreciated. Once I’d chosen the mattress I wanted, Oliver made the payment and delivery process simple and straightforward. I was amazed when he told me they could deliver it the same day since I lived locally, and sure enough, just a few hours later, the mattress arrived. Fast forward to now, and I needed another mattress for our spare room. Because the previous one has been excellent, I had no hesitation in going straight back to The M6 Bed Warehouse. I called and spoke to Oliver again, who quickly pulled up my previous order, helped me place a new one, and arranged delivery for the end of the week. The mattress arrived as planned, and the delivery team were brilliant. They were friendly, efficient, and happy to take the new mattress upstairs and remove the old one. From start to finish, the whole process has been completely stress-free on both occasions. The customer service has been consistently excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The M6 Bed Warehouse to anyone.

   Fantastic company, this is 2nd time using them and cannot fault anything. If you want exceptional customer service look no further nothing is too much trouble even when we realised we had ordered the wrong size bed they were amazing sorted it for us without question.    We went on recomendation from a friend and We are very glad We took their advice. From order to delivery was perfect and We are very pleased with Our beds. We would certainly recomend to anyone and would go back again. The lady who served us was very helpful and friendly and not at all pushy, the delivery men were brilliant and very polite and cleaned up everything, well done M6 Bed Warehouse.

   Highly recommend anyone to get a bed from m6 bed warehouse excellent customer service from start to finish. From lyn at the Alsager store helping use choose the bed to the smooth delivery service and fitting, even with having a issue with the height of the bed the staff soon had the resolved and an exchange was done. So happy with the new bed we couldn't of ask for anymore Fully 100% satisfied.

   Been to a few different bed places all of which were very expensive. We then tried M6 beds where we were served by a very helpful sales assistant. We explained what we needed and he found us a very good deal with delivery the following morning. There was no pushy sales pitch and the price was brilliant. Alot better than the main, big named stores. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back for one more bed.
