   The best Bed Shop in Congleton with an incredible range of beds to choose from. The owner Dawn is professional, knowledgable and leaves you feeling very confidant about any purchase you make from The Victoria Bed Company here in Congleton. Dawn’s staff are very good, both in the shop – Josh - and when delivering. The lads who delivered our bed were polite and efficient. All round an exceptional experience buying from a local shop.

   It was great dealing with a local company, not faceless internet group. You have to lie on a bed before you can buy it and be sure it is right for you. Dawn was brilliant with us and the guys who delivered were great. Highly recommended for a good nights sleep. For reference, we bought a Jessica Ennis super king Sleepeze bed. Wonderful to sleep on. Highly recommended.

   They have an extensive range with examples of all the different options. The lady that helped us was clearly knowledgeable and very familiar with all the products. Selecting our requirements was done logically and made very easy. The price was very competitive and delivery is projected at only 3 weeks. I wish I had used this place last time I bought a bed. It is definitely worth a visit.

   Visited the Victorian Bed Company in Congleton recently ( they don’t sell on line only in the shop ) I must say it was the most interesting shopping experience for a bed we have ever had ! Dawn was very knowledgeable and informative and gave us a detailed description of both the beds and mattresses. Suffice to say we came away very satisfied customers knowing that the beds we had chosen would meet all our requirements and expectations at a much more reasonable price than we had seen elsewhere. Well worth the trip to the shop we had to make . Delivery and setup of the beds was fast and efficient . We will definitely be using this company for our future bed purchases.    Exceptional services. I took my father to look at health beds ( he of the " I don't need one of them era") Staff where great with him and put him at ease while he tried out the bed. The staff went out if their way to get the bed for us as soon as possible. Dad loves his new bed and is sleeping really well. I would highly recommend using this shop.

   Excellent service from start to finish, took the time to listen to what we wanted, had multiple choices and knew everything about every mattress, product knowledge was outstanding. A lot is said about getting things cheaper online, with cashback and voucher codes I couldn't even match the price they were offering and they delivered, took away old mattress and all packaging as part of the service. Mattress had a tuft missing (cosmetic) and we hadn't even noticed but the delivery team did, someone came out promptly to resolve. First class service and price, Dawn was brilliant, kept us informed right through from placing order to delivery. Will be back when kids beds need replacing next

   A very friendly and relaxed environment. We were assisted in finding the mattresses we wanted with staff allowing excited boys lie on as many as possible. The guidance and advice was good and we didn't once feel under a hard sell. Although prices on-line are inevitably cheaper, there is a reliance on showrooms like this to allow customers to try the product and, as such, they deserve our business. Still awaiting delivery so will update this post later.
