Visited recently on a Saturday with a friend and his little boy. I must admit my heart sank when I saw the queue which was almost back to the door, but I will say the three ladies on duty worked really hard to get through the orders whilst still remaining pleasant and professional. Another tick for having Flora as well as butter, which not all branches do.
I love coming to Costa Locks Heath. The natural light and space are wonderful as is the welcoming you get from the team. Best of all the coffee is great!
Some of the very best customer service we've ever received from a Costa. Staff are attentive and always go above and beyond (like offering to warm your croissant up). Always a great choice of food and drinks. Location is great too, right in the centre of Locks Heath Shopping Village so there is always a great vibe in this coffee shop. Opportunity to either "eat-in" or "takeaway". You can always order from the app on your phone if you're in a rush.
The owners really need to get their act together here - the a/c has been out of action for weeks and now the boiler is out of action (5th day at timd of review). I really like this place and the staff are great but I’m going to stop coming here altogether if something isn’t done soon.
Visited on 3rd July and the atmosphere was lovely clean store and vert friendly staff always get serviced fairly fast never had more than a 5 min wait their frappies are delicious Chocolate fudge frappie without coffee with whipped cream is fantastic every one should try it very good in hot weather will be using them again
Based within a little shopping centre. Has a good range of seating inside and out. Plenty of staff working to keep the queue to a minimum... Nice friendly service, with a smile... Just everything you would expect from Costa .
The barista that made my coffee has my vote. The tall fair haired chap does a proper job. Tend to go on a Sunday and having frequented Costas around the southeast this is my favourite. Not burnt coffee or too hot, just right! For £3.35 a medium cappuccino, this is really to be expected. Well done to this Barista!!!
Always great service, however, some off the staff really need re-training on how to make a cortado. It's not just a strong flat white, it's alll about the texture of the milk. Especially the curly haired lass that works on the weekend. Other than that, brilliant.
Have been going to this Costa coffee shop for a while now, yes it can be busy at peak times which means a small time before served, but all the staff are friendly, happy and helpful, a excellent experience, thank you.
Positioned in the center of the small square with covered and outdoor seating, this cafe provides a walk through option rather than the full blown meal outlet of Waitrose. Quite popular.
