    The service was very good and everything was very clean. Food was brought to the table and picked up which is very helpful when you are disabled. Would totally recommend.

    No WiFi available. Terrible customer service, long wait before someone actually acknowledges you. Expensive. Food selection very poor. No ice for iced drinks when over half of the menu consists of iced drinks. Not accepting costa cards even though serving costa coffee. Will not be returning.

    Daughter got a job here and was there 4 days hardly any training and coz of that she made mistake omg who bloody doesn't was shouted in front of ppl which was horrible bought her to tears takes her longer 2 do things suppose that happens when u not hardley trained.. her first job and they bullied her made her feel so low she cried all the way home. Today hear broken she really tried ..And to top that even her so called ex friend started talking about her.. no wonder reviews are low if u treat ur new staff like that .. I expect when u all started u never made a mistake.. shame on u all hope when u do get a manager they will teach u to have respect for new employees and specially onces that may take a little bit longer to get things right. Or have a disability..I can't believe that bullying takes place in a work place still.. I hope my daughter finds another job where they treat her with respect..and help instead of talking we all learn at different levels we're all different shame ppl think there allowed to treat ppl like this in this day and age.... I thought u was ment to work as a team help each other support etc.

    Never a queue, great coffee. Lots of choice of where to sit.

    Nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Abit pricey. Would have given another star for food as sausage roll nice. As we're drinks. With choice of tea. But mature cheddar and onion toastie only had minimal amount of filling and couldn't taste. And bread crust over hard. Perhaps less side salad and more cheese and onion. Just friendly criticism. Area nice and clean.

    Food is nice, a bit expensive though. Small variety of choices and no size cup bigger than regular. Nice, quiet place for a relaxing cupper with soft music playing and the quiet chatter of the shops below. The tables don’t look like they are cleaned enough though.
