Special mention goes to Andy Squire with whom I had several post-sale phone conversations to sort out a sunroof issue with the MG ZT-T I bought there recently.    I have had requirement to contact Beech Hill garage to enquire about having a replacement KV6 engine fitted in my Rover 75. I first spoke to Will the owner talked through the situation and he advised about a unit coming available soon and would be in touch nearer the time. I then got his call advising me of the KV6 and the overall situation regards to condition and potential costs. Leaving the details with me to consider and me promising to get back to them a.s.a.p. I then called them and spoke to Andy (owner) spoke through the situation and eventually he convinced me the best course of action for me to take was in a different direction. He gave me the facts with such refreshing honesty which frankly blew me away - as I have never received advice before which in real terms was saving me considerable costs overall and potentially taking business away from Beech Hill. Andy assured me the mission from Beech Hill's perspective was to come to the best overall solution for the customer preferably one that cost the customer the minimum outlay possible. In this instance I was thinking I really am surprised to receive such honest and practical advice which I could appreciate was saving me quite a bit of money with Andy assuring me it was not causing them any inconvenience or cost whatever I was left feeling -well what a positive experience and being a Scotsman the saving of a considerable amount of cash along the way was a bonus. I will definitely be a customer of Beech Hill when next my Rover requires work and considering I live in Kent and Beech Hill is in Reading you will appreciate my determination in getting the best service possible for my Rover.    Myself and my father recently visited this garage and as a joint purchase, we brought a lovely MG TF sports car. From the initial visit to look at the car through to the confirmed sale as well as the after service, we have both been very impressed with this garage. The car was in a great condition, the bits we had asked the garage to kindly sort\ address before collecting the vehicle were all done, and finished to a high standard. Very pleasant and knowledgeable team to deal with. Able to answer every question we had both before and after the sale. I can definitely see the passion they have for classic cars, particularly MG's! Thank you in particular to Will & Alex for answering our questions and for their support. Have taken to car to a show already in the New Forest, superb drive, got plenty of looks and nice comments.

   10/10 to Beech Hill Garage and 100% to mechanic Andy for getting my S Reg Rover 75 going again and through its MOT. Unfortunately it needed major engine repairs and some routine management such brake and electrical repairs. Andy was up to the task and certainly knew what he was doing. I found Beech Hill were friendly and professional in their respect for their customers so, a big thanks goes to the Directors and to Andy. Their services were exemplary. Kind regards Philip
