   I booked my car in for an MOT and was lucky enough to be offered a cancellation slot, which was really convenient. The team couldn’t have been more accommodating – they even let me sit and work while the car was being done, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The service was brilliant from start to finish: friendly, professional, and efficient. Everything was explained clearly, with no hidden surprises, and I felt completely confident that my car was in good hands. I unexpectedly returned to the garage today (on a tow truck) with a fuel leak and was worried the repair would be costly and that I’d be without my car for the bank holiday weekend. Audi had quoted £700 for a new part with a 10-day wait, but Sean went above and beyond (without even telling me at first), he sourced a nearly new part for £500 less and then worked late into the evening to get my car back to me before the weekend. It’s so rare to find a garage that combines excellent workmanship with such genuine customer care, but this one really does. Sean and the team constantly go above and beyond. My family won’t go anywhere else – we know we’re always looked after here. Highly recommended! Thank you so much MOT City team.

   Excellent service. Called MOT City on Monday morning after an engine light came on and the car kept going into limp mode. Although they said their earliest availability to diagnose would be Tuesday, they were flexible with when I could drop the car off. Dropped car off Monday afternoon, and they ended up diagnosing the same day. After a potential fix unfortunately didn't work and the issue returned, Sean insisted I bring the car back so they could diagnose again free of charge. Again they were very flexible with timing, and didn't charge me anything for the second visit. Friendly and helpful receptionists, and honest mechanics who gave excellent advice.

   Today, I had my MOT failure repaired and retested at MOT City. As a first time customer to this garage, I can't fault the welcoming customer service on arrival (and departure), the repair and technical feedback I received and the spotless facilities whilst I waited. It was dry and warm so I sat at a table outside, and they even brought out some cushions! I will definitely be using this garage again. Well done team, and thank you.

   We have used this garage quite a lot recently due to various issues. I've found everyone really polite and they explain everything so well. work we had done includes engine management light, brake discs and pads and a leak which needed urgent attention. Also for the first time (in 20 years of owning a car) they reduced the price as they'd spent less time working on it than originally quoted! Very impressed, thank you

   At last found a good garage! I took my Toyota Yaris there, and asked them to check my MOT advisories from my last MOT. They fix everything, that was necessary, professionally and on time, and also suggested me that some advisories do not need attention yet, instead of charging me for things with no reason. So, I am convinced that the garage doesn't try to charge people for things that aren't needed. They also prepared my car on time we had agreed. I would say that, a car mechanic has to be trustworthy and these guys are both trustworthy and professional. I never had the feeling they are avoiding to explain me their work and believe me their work is of a good quality. Also the reception is very friendly, helpful and efficient. From booking in via phone or email, to dropping off and picking up my car, everything was great. I will definitely use this place from now on. Thank you.1000 well done Sean and team. John

   Having used MOT City for over eighteen years and can honestly say I have never had cause for complaint. Last week my automatic (which can’t be towed) lost it’s drive whilst on the road. MOT City arrange low loader transportation, analysis, quote and repair within twenty four hours. Very friendly and professional staff with excellent service. Highly recommended.
