   £75 to change a light bulb otherwise MOT failed lol. £17 quoted at Halfords, avoid unless you want to get ripped off

   Save your money and go to a bigger garage. Charged £74.40 for a dimmable bulb replacement for a Volvo V40 after MOT. Halfords quoted £17 for the same (including labour). Poor service too.

   I Purchased a Car In March this Year and Tom was very Nice.But I'm afraid that was as far as the good service went. I've had to take the car back three times in the space of four months with Various engine problems. This begs the question of Do they give the Cars a good check before selling them.

   Great service again. I travel a good 45 mins to visit and pass my local Vauxhall garage. I purchased my Zafira from SCG and have continued to use them and will do in the future. Loads better than my local Vauxhall garage!

   Honestly, not too sure what to say. The price was expensive. Car was supposed to be washed and cleaned inside. Inside was left out. I asked for then to check the boot but was told nothing was wrong. When I got home I noticed the rattle straight away. Doors were creaking before they went it and thought that would have been looked at but wasn't. Maybe expecting too much for the price.

   I would highly recommend this Vauxhall dealership. Tom was courteous, attentive and very helpful. And restored my faith in buying a car which up to now was not a pleasant experience. The showroom is light and airy with a lovely selection of cars to view. He explained the different options to buy the vehicle clearly and was not pushy, really lovely man. I will always use this garage in future after having awful experiences at other dealerships, and will recommend it to my friends and family.(and open Sundays)

   Have been taking my cars here for the last 10 years now. The staff are very helpful, honest, friendly and quick to resolve any problems. The office is small but modern and kept clean with free coffee & tea and newspapers while you wait. Nice new loan cars are often available when you book your service. It's really nice that they all always remember your name.
