Poor customer service - bought a Nicoletti corner sofa and one of the seats has failed after 2.5 years. Sterling refuse to do anything about it and won't take it up with Nicoletti on our behalf. I've tried to deal with Nicoletti directly but no response, a month after contacting them.

We recently bought our sofas from Stirling Furniture. The showroom was busy when we arrived, but once Matt was available, he gave us excellent service. He was friendly, attentive, and really helpful without being pushy. Thanks to him, the whole process felt smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend asking for Matt if you're visiting!

Beautiful shop. Items are expensive but they are high end products. Some bargains to be had during sales. Dog freindly shop, although we carried our shihtzu just in case! Lots of friendly staff and a great place to go for gifts and house inspiration. There is a cafe which we didn't go into. Lovey shop to walk around abd it smells great too! I've posted some Christmas photos because the decorations were beautiful!

This is a wonderful place to get a selection of different things, cards, gifts, diffusers and household items. I preferred the last lay out but still managed to get a few gifts. The coffee shop is also worth a visit and the toilet is spotlessly clean. If anything it is a tad more expensive but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend a visit

For lunch only. Stovies are available if you want something other than paninis, baked potatoes and soup. Large seating area

Had a positive experience looking at the sofas taking pictures and trying to find the most expensive things to sit on for a selfie. The most expensive sofa I found was £4,000, it was very uncomfortable, the one next to it was £1600 and was very nice, I might consider buying. It was a leather recliner so nice and powered as well. All in all all A good experience and I didn't get hassled by the staff in the store whatsoever. Would totally recommend to anyone looking to waste some time during the day

Great local shop, well laid out plenty of space to move about. Good Covid protections in place. Wonderful Festive displays, really put you in the mood for Christmas. Lots of ideas on how to decorate your tree, house differently. Good quality products that you can use year on year
