   Great service and helpful staff. Replaced a clutch in one of our cars the day after it was recovered there. Had a turbo replaced on another car. It was not quite right so they fitted an alternative at no extra cost. Pleased how quickly they get on with the work. A refreshing change from main dealers where they offer you an appointment in 3 weeks!

   I go here for all my car needs. For the second time they looked at my car making a noise, fixed it for free within half an hour and sent me on my way! They could have easily charged me for even just their time or something basic but didn’t! I highly recommend them. When I have had work needing done they’re always fair priced as well.

   First class experience from start to finish, Basingstoke MOT & Service Centre delivered a truly impressive experience. Booking online was incredibly simple and efficient. They advise a window from drop off to when your car will be ready — my car was completed in advance of this window, and I received a text message letting me know it was ready for collection. Another nice touch was the reminder text message sent 24 hours before with helpful guidance. Emma on reception was amazing — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Every member of staff I encountered went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and attention to detail made this the best MOT & Service I’ve experienced to date. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for A-class service. The speed, thoroughness, and care they bring to their work really stood out. So many little touches that show they value their customers. I’ll definitely be returning. An absolute 5-star team!

   We are a removals company so finding a class 7 garage is tricky. Found this garage last minute, they let us drop the van the night before, had it booked in for 2pm I got a text at 9am saying it was done and it had passed. Very pleased with the service. Will use these guys from now on. The fact we had snow as well, I did assume it would be put off a day or so, but nope didn't phase them. Thank you, from Jones Moves

   First time using this company and as a female felt completely comfortable and at ease using this place for my MOT and will be booking in for a service. MOT only failed on something so small and they did the adjustment there and then. Can recommend this place as somewhere genuine and where they look after their customers which is rare to find so will be coming back! Prices so cheap for an MOT too but yet with first class service, am impressed

   Have been using this garage for about 4 years now, used for all of my MOT's/services/repairs and every single one has been hassle free and easy. You can book online at a time which is convenient to you, once the MOT is complete they will call and explain anything that's important about your vehicle, charge you a reasonable price and will repair as fast as possible. Have always been a bit apprehensive about using garages but this one has made all my experiences with my cars lovely and stress free. Would recommend to anyone looking for an excellent all around garage for maintenance/MOT's. Look forward to using you in many years to come! :)
