I recently bought a VW Passat Estate from Munich Performance LTD and I am so pleased with it . They did an MOT on it and now I have a whole year which is very comforting. I cannot praise the way everything was handled high enough and this was from my initial enquiries to delivery of the vehicle
First of all, even I got confirmation for booking. It seems they did no record in their notebook so they are telling me they cannot do the service! Mistakes can be happen but they need to handle their mistakes in a polite manner. They were very rude, and it seems they dont want to do anything! Even they did not check the car the guy is telling me it cannot be done. What a funny and waste of time!
I was about 40 minutes from home when I heard a scraping noise coming from underneath my car. After a quick Google, this garage came up as the closest so I gave them a slightly panicked call to see whether there would be any chance someone might be able to have a look for me. They very kindly told me to bring it down and that, despite not usually working on Vauxhalls, they would have a look and try to at least make it safe for me to get home. I was there within three minutes and in the next fifteen, the guys had it up on the lift and could see what the problem was. They explained everything for me, removed the offending material and popped it in the back of my car so I could decide what to do next. I'm so grateful for their kind and speedy service which got me safely back on the road within about twenty minutes. Thank you so much!
I have been to Munich motors for various large jobs, including headlight computer replacement, rear windows not closing, and engine mount replacement. They are great at diagnosing problems and fixing them. Lovely people too
