I was in town & I fancied a hot chocolate as I know that the prices of hot drinks are very reasonable here & I needed to have a rest for awhile this was a great opportunity to purchase a hot chocolate. The service that I received was very good & professional. I certainly will return when I am in town again.

Found a good, clean service in an airy environment. Helpful staff and so cheap £2 for 2 mugs of tea. Thank you.

The tea room was filthy, dirty floor, cob webs, dust. Dirty tea cups. Chip in milk jug. Scones were lovely but the other cheap shop brought cakes were very poor! They say lovely cakes? Not sure where they were? Cheap coffee! Walked down the stairs and see the dirt on the coffee machine shocking. Worst afternoon tea ever had! Especially at £20 per 2!

Food is ok but presentation bad, nice sitting area. Friendly staff

Very unexpected gift for the kids - colouring books, decent quality, not a pound like ones. Food is great, coffee too. Will come back. Minor note - the tea cups we were offered were not clean enough. After the note, they brought a replacement.

Tidy and clean with a friendly service... nicely priced with a retro theme upstairs
