    Be aware that the Ritazza at Southampton Central Station is calling 12oz coffees “large”. 12oz is a regular sized drink, but I didn’t realise until I had paid (£4.20) and the regular sized cup was handed to me. A large is 16oz or more. Next time I will buy a coffee outside the station, or will go to Issac’s on platform 2/3 where hot drinks are honestly priced!

    I tried to order a flat white before my train, but while I was mid-order, another staff member jumped in front of me and instructed the server to serve her first. This was not only rude but also completely unprofessional. It’s shocking to see such a lack of basic customer service etiquette. I left disappointed, as I expect staff to be properly trained and respectful.

    Mandy is such a light in those early mornings waiting for the train. She’s always smiling and remembering things we have previously spoken about. I love getting to see her as part of my day while I’m waiting for the train and just chatting to her. Her positivity is contagious and she makes my mornings that much better.

    Review based on what it is a no frills no pretense coffee shop with pastries and some convenience items available. Great to grab a coffee wile waiting for your train. My Americano was very good and the service was friendly and efficient.
