   Man2Automotive have been fantastic from start to finish with an ABS fault identification and ancillary brake change on my BMW 3 Series Touring F31. Alex discussed everything throughout my last minute urgent repair to my car and worked out of his normal Hours to try and get me back on the road. Additionally, I was stranded at the workshop late into the day, he drove me home which was 30 minutes out of his way. Excellent work, excellent customer service and a quick job despite the problems with my BMW! Thank you! 100% a recommended business.

   These guys are a cut above. We needed replacement window seals for the rear sliding doors on our Grand Tourneo Connect, which doubles up as a microcamper. Initially we turned to local garages for a quote, but they didn't even bother responding as they weren't sure exactly which parts were required. We approached Man2Automotive, being a Ford specialist, and they were happy to help. Alex was diligent in his quest to source the correct parts as initially he was sent the wrong one. We were due to go on a long road trip to the Highlands so booked in a mini service at the same time. Once again, the attention to detail was reassuring as they found & reported a few minor issues that would need addressing in the future. The seals were successfully replaced (along with door mouldings) in time for our road trip and 'Pootle' bossed the NC500 without a hitch. Alex and Mark are highly skilled and knowledgeable with all things Ford, so we have no hesitation recommending them and are happy to make the 40 min journey from Winchester as we know Pootle is in good hands. Alex went out of his way to explain the options and the possible consequences, we took his advice and the car was fixed first time, both issues with the exhaust gas sensor and the door mechanism.    Alex did an awesome job on my BMW E39 540i cat-back exhaust. He walked me through the whole process and gave a very in-depth price breakdown as we assessed how to get the job done. He gave me advice on what diameter pipe to go for and was very quick with the work. The pricing was very respectable, cheaper than I was expecting. The car sounds absolutely brilliant and all the welds are done to a very high standard.

   Had my car in for some exhaust work in a bit of an emergency and Alex was able to find me a booking very quickly, work was also carried out in good time meaning I was only without a car for a short time. Had no further issues regarding my exhaust as Alex did a brilliant job. He was very courteous in staying later for pick-up and a kind bloke. Should I have any other issues or want work done on my other cars I will be going back for his 5 star service!

   Alex at Man2Automotive supplied an extremely professional approach right from the very start. I have used many garages within Berkshire/Hampshire and rarely give reviews, if ever. Time keeping and communication were absolutely fantastic. He kept me up to date and supplied any information i needed, he was also extremely patient after I requested additional work upon what i originally was booked in for. Upon returning for my car, Alex showed me all the work that had been carried out and checked that the braking and exhaust work (among other things i had done) was to my satisfaction. It was clear to see that the detail and workmanship that Alex had executed was simply above and beyond and for this reason i will be returning. I find it very difficult in this day and age to trust a reliable company/garage but fear not, your pride and joy is in the best hands possible with an efficient, friendly and genuine service. THANK YOU very much!
