Frustratingly the noise couldn’t be replicated at the garage but the mechanics and front of house guys were all super friendly and helpful and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting anyone’s time. “I have an S4 B9 which has the infamous cooling and rocker arms issues that have been reported recently. In my case, the cooling system had failed because of a blown PCV seal and malfunctioning water pump. I'd taken it to 3 separate garages in the weeks since I'd bought the car, and SJB Autotech were the only ones out of them all who were able to accurately diagnose the issue. I had them fix the problem and it's been fine ever since. Highly recommended.”
