With 3 staff and 3 customers it took 5 minutes for me to be acknowledged despite being first in the queue and all 3 staff walking passed or to the counter. Service was fine when it started as was the coffee Coffee but way too hot
Visited today 18 Sept 25 Poster advertising hot drink and muffin £5.95. ordered Pumpkin spice latte, hazelnut muffin, £9.40!! Staff pointed to tiny small print only certain hot drinks, but latte included?! £4 for pumpkin spice syrup! Tasted weak and barely warm. Muffin was stale. The music was questionable (thong song!) hard to navigate using my walking aid, not room for wheelchair access. Definitely won't visit again and would t recommend.

Love the afternoon deal, and that all the muffins are included. All staff were friendly, always busy serving or cleaning at quiet times. Took pride in the establishment which was nice to see. The Eton Mess muffin was lovely, super soft, lots of fruit inside. Liked the decoration of light buttercream, fruits and a shard of meringue on top- really tasty!!! Lovely smooth cappuccino, good size, very nice tasting.

We visited yesterday afternoon, trying to find a coffee shop for x10 people (before a child’s birthday party in the shopping centre). The staff were so helpful, very accommodating and we really appreciated their friendliness. The food, coffees and drinks were lovely, excellent service.
Restaurant not clean. Lots of tables with dirty crockery left on. Had to ask server to wipe the table as it is was covered in crumbs. Table behind us had milkshake on it. Ordered 2 toasties came out cold so had to send back. Paid £16 for for 2 toasties a coffee and latte really was over priced for what we received. Wont be rushing back

Great to go for a nice hot choclate. Love their muffins . They are nice and soft and prepared in store. You can tell how dedicated the staff are to make sure the presentation is prestige and they taste so good. After a long night shift dealing with my employees in the casino as hospitality I really appreciate the work these employees put and how friendly they are and polite.
Service is bit slow on a weekend 1 staff serving had to wait for a sandwich 15 minutes and the lady working on the tills she was brilliant other then that the place is clean and tidey
