Terrible experience this evening, Stuart (Supervisor) extremely rude and abrupt. Zero customer service skills or compassion either. I arrived 8.06pm to collect a to good to go bag and was refused this due to the time of my arrival. I would understand if the policy was highlighted and staff were friendly to explain or offer some kind of compensation for my time and money too! The patronising conversation was to much for me and I will not return.

Stu is absolutely amazing and always has great customer service. This isn’t about him but I came today and asked for iced chia latte with pumpkin cold foam and was told no with no other reasoning and I don’t understand why as it is on their menu I felt really pressure by the girl and ended up with a drink I don’t like for nearly seven pound. If it wasn’t for Stu I wouldn’t comeback he’s absolutely amazing!!!!

The staff are hard working and take care of you. Howverr my son wanted to go to the toilet only for them to be locked with a coded door. When I asked why the staff said, 'I don't know why, thats just how it is'.

Been here a few times and usually it is ok. But on this occasion especially was terrible. Came through the drive through on Friday and was served by a rude woman! I wanted to claim my drink through my stars on app to which she replied "next time you can as we are busy" I told her that i wanted it this time to which a another lady came over and said that that would be fine! Extremely rude first impressions (doesn't take much to smile) and extremely rude to speak to. Won't be coming back to this one.

We drove down to explore the area, as we’re currently looking at houses nearby and were curious why property prices are lower here. Based on our visit—especially stopping at a local coffee shop to get a feel for the community—we honestly couldn’t find anything wrong with the area. The staff and locals were friendly, and we enjoyed a lovely, generously sized cup of coffee at a very reasonable price. The coffee shop was pleasantly busy but still clean and well-maintained, which really impressed us. Overall, we’d say it was actually better than what we’re used to where we currently live. We’re genuinely pleased with today’s visit—thank you for a great experience! That said, one frustrating issue we noticed was the parking situation. There were only two disabled bays, and both were taken by vehicles without blue badges. As a disabled person, this was incredibly disheartening. It’s not just inconsiderate—it’s illegal. Proper enforcement is needed to ensure accessible parking is available for those who truly need it.

They are busy serving drive thru and doesn’t care about in store customers and finally got my coffee after waiting 15 mins lol it was cold!!! I don’t mind waiting but please make my coffee at least warm.. young lady behind the counter was shouting on everyone, please improve your service as we love coffee.. cheers

Great place but not nearly enough employees to handle it. There were 2 staff members to handle a full floor and the drive through. That caused the service to suffer. With 2 more staff members the experience could have been a 4 star at least

Tables not cleared all the time we were there. Staff more interested in chatting amongst themselves than offering pleasant service. Toilets had cleaning in progress signs out, tried a few times but doors locked with key code. Asked at the counter, given a piece of paper with code, no apologies. Won't go again.

Very disappointed. Visited this particular Starbucks on Harvey road Derby at 20:40 on Saturday (they close at 21:30). All the chairs were put away and there was only one lady sitting there working on her laptop. When we ordered our drinks, we asked if we can sit down, but was told no, because they decide to close seating area early. When asked what time does seating area close, staff wasn’t able to tell us specific time, just repeated they close it early today and that she wasn’t aware of the exact time of the day. We were there less than 5 minutes, spent £17 and weren’t allowed to sit down. Never mind the lady already sitting there busy on her laptop . I won’t be going there again.

Lady of African Heritage was rude to me today Absolutely terrible behaviour Because I asked for something to be warmed up but her reasons for not doing so were null and void . She was so Sullen and off hand with me and then She blamed her manager “Sam “ who was” not available “but I know this place and they are usually very good and accommodating In the end she agreed to warm the food up I will go to the other Starbucks from now on
