A truly oldy worldly pub, delightfully warmed by a log fire. We attended for a Sunday roast before heading to Hillier Gardens for the light festival. The roast was great and there was a home made nut roast for the vegetarians. It's in my top roasts as have been disappointed recently, and the cauliflower cheese is included on the plate ( why do some establishments now count it as an additional side???) The table service could have maybe been quicker, I requested extra gravy and my dinner was nearly finished before it arrived, however, I appreciate it was busy and it did not ruin the overall experience.

Got together with some friends for a meal. Selected from the Christmas menu, the food was fantastic. Well presented and tasted great. Nobody had any negative comments across 6 meals of 2 or 3 courses. Service was excellent. Thanks Three Tuns for a great night out.

We had a perfect meal here on saturday. Our dogs were welcomed so nicely by all staff and the food was delicious and service was attentive and quick. Shout out for the croquettes - they were amazing! We will definitely be coming back and recommending to all our friends! Thank you!

We walked in without a reservation and luckily they found us a table. There was a lot of people in the beer garden but not too many inside. The service was slow and twice we had to try and get the waitress to replenish our drinks. This is a shame as it is in the owners Interest but several times we all sat with empty glasses. I had asked for more water on the table but it never came. Food was nice but not a wow factor for the price. Maybe it was a one off but the slow service really had the most impact The waitress was terse and very practical so it would be nice to see some personality but maybe she was over worked. On the whole it was ok but may struggle to return

Lovely Romsey pub with plenty of Ale and Larger selection. A fine Menu with High quality food and a lovely place to soak up the Afternoon summer sun with a pint and a meal. I decided on the Beer Batterred Cod, triple cooked chips, with mushy peas, tartar sauce and curry sauce. All amazing. Possibly the best mushy peas I've ever had! Definitely check this place out if you are looking for a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, a quality meal and great service.

Excellent. Loved the pub, the food, the staff, and the atmosphere. The pub is in a lovely location near to a nice walk along the river. The food was excellent. It is a little pricey but the quality makes it worth the extra few Β£ that you'd normally pay. Staff are friendly and attentive. Nice country style vibe in the pub. Highly recommend the roast dinners!

Very deceptive exterior, this popular pub has a welcoming and warm atmosphere inside. Good selection of beers, friendly staff and plenty of seating. Picturesque setting in a quiet street.

As a visitor to the area, I went with friends to the Three Runs recently. Really great pub. Lovely atmosphere, and was heaving at 6pm on Wednesday evening. Friendly chatty locals with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Beer out of the barrel (gas was off!) and perfectly served, so as close to a perfect pub experience as you can imagine.

What an amazing pub, great food and attentive staff. Chef wasnβt very forthcoming with where he sources his olives, but good things are best kept secret! Definitely a must visit.

Was in a group of seven for a Sunday lunch, totally impressed. Service was excellent, with drinks coming promptly, order taken quickly, and food arrived swiftly. Between us we only had roasts (3 x beef, 2 x chicken, and 2 x nut), so canβt comment on much else, but the food was super. Huge portions of the main, a mound of tasty veg (with an added tastiness from some wee pickled onions), perfectly crispy roast spuds, and - of course - a Yorkshire pudding! Puddings were also greatβ¦.I enjoyed the lemon tart and had massive apple and blackberry crumble envyβ¦ Range of beer on tap is excellent, and well looked after, and a more than adequate wine list to suit any taste. Would certainly recommend. Thanks to everyone for a lovely time :)
