   I decided to visit the Bishop Baize against my better judgment. After hearing many bad opinions, I decided to give it a try thinking how bad could it be..How wrong I was. Staff are simply atrocious, rude and was unwilling to accommodate my 23 year old daughter who has spina bifida. Due to being a wheelchair, management flatly denied entry as it was deemed a ‘risk’ and her incontinence would be off putting to other customers .. what a joke. Disability should not mean no entry. Appalling.

   Attended my sisters wedding there on Saturday 10/5/25. What can I say? Absolutely great pub to visit! Everything from the staff to the service to the atmosphere was brilliant! Thankyou for making everyone feel so welcome! I will definitely make another visit!

   Came here for a pub stop as a group of Leeds fans on the way down to Southampton - very friendly and welcoming staff, nice beer garden- Though one by one the lagers kept dropping off tap.. Madri was off as soon as we arrived and then they ran out of Stella too. But overall was a nice welcoming place.
