I have been a patient at Hook dental for 20+ years. I could not recommend them highly enough. From the reception team, Dentist and Hygenist. They off the best bespoke service for me. I now live far from the practice but I still choose to make the journey that's how much I trust the level of service.
Hook Dental have been looking after my teeth in all aspects for over 25 years. I moved to the West country 17 years ago, but continued with Hook Dental practice. The friendly and helpful reception, the excellent facilities and the always excellent dentist care and attention have been more than worth the journey back to Hook.

Their care and professionalism has always been first class Shree is our current dentist and we are very impressed by her care, attention to detail and expertise. She is also extremely approachable and friendly which is wonderful! We would always very happily recommend Hook Dental!
Well thought I had found a good dentist, but No realise I will have to look elsewhere. Had a deep clean with the hygienist, 6 days later have an issue with said tooth and having to wait four days, yes FOUR days to get it sorted - not a happy customer!!!!!
A warning: On two separate occasions I have been told that I would need to spend a considerable amount of money for various treatments. The first was when I had a root cannel infection. The dentist informed me that he couldn't locate the cannel (although he said I had an infection in it) and he didn't have the appropriate specialised x-ray equipment to locate the cannel. I would therefore be required to go to another dentist and spend £800 to use his specialised x-ray. I thought this was very strange. In the meantime he gave me antibiotics and low and behold the problem was solved saving me £800!! The second time was when I needed to be fitted for a denture. I was informed because of my 'bite' I would not be suitable, and therefore the only option available would be an implant and bridge at a cost of £4500. I decided to obtain a second opinion, no mention was mentioned about any problems relating to me being able to wear a denture and I was duly measured for one. Although I have no problems with the level of care, what does concern me that although I am an NHS patient they are promoting extremely expensive treatments.
The staff are beyond lovely and welcoming especially during these times. I saw Nik and his assistant, I didn’t catch the name of. Both were so lovely and made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous. They were both very thorough and took the time. The best dentist you will come across 100%!
I highly recommend this dental surgery. I have been on their books over 30 years. It seems to get better and better. I recently had an appointment and realized its even topped the time before that. The dentist. The Staff. You wont get better. Trust me. You know, every time I leave the surgery, I think, I could not have been more looked after.. Bless you all.
A great practice with superb facilities and friendly, knowledgeable and very professional staff. I opted to have adult orthodontic treatment around 7 years ago and could not be more pleased with the results. Gareth always took time to explain every step and to check I was happy with the treatment plan. Whether at reception, with the hygienist or in surgery with Gareth and the team of dental nurses, I have always been met with a friendly smile, made to feel comfortable and left feeling understood and very happy with the treatment received.
