The team there consistently makes everything feel simple, and Andy in particular deserves a shoutout for going the extra mile every time. He listens, explains things clearly, and keeps the whole process smooth. It’s reassuring to deal with people who genuinely care about getting it right. Highly recommended.

   The staff at Marchwood Hendy were extremely professional and courteous. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. As this was a Ford recall retrofit I am unable to comment on their normal fees but I can definitely attest to their professionalism.

   Had a great experience from start to finish. Very easy to book a service and MOT with a helpful, friendly member of staff. Had a courtesy call ahead of the day of service and MOT to remind about appointment and that I could drop off car night before or morning of, again very lovely staff member. Got the car to them in the morning, was greeted with another lovely member of staff who went through the process for the day and rough collection time. I got a video of the check up and a report of any work that needed doing, to authorise before it took place (no work needed to be authorised on this visit - but loved that system) got a phone call when my car was ready for collection which was within the time frame they had given in the morning. And collected my very happy car with a clean bill of health. One of the best service and MOT processes I've been through, thoroughly recommend

   I can’t praise the guys at Hendys Marchwood enough. From the reception staff to the mechanics, they are all so helpful. They’ve helped me out on a couple of occasions when I’ve needed it and they always do a good car service. Good car centres are very hard to find and I trust them at Hendys completely. Well done guys

   If I could have rated 0, I would have! I have spend £900 on a new heater matrix at this garage and within days of leaving. The car had used all of the water, EML Light came on, went into limp mode. I couldn’t get to pick my kids up!! I don’t even think it was topped up by then. The car certainly hadn’t been bled or driven after replacing the heart matrix. This has since happened again. With STILL ZERO contact from them, I have emailed, called, left messages. Took my £900 but can’t be bothered to get back in touch when they’ve done a terrible job, and worse, the head gasket could go if the water keeps dropping. I was quite pleased with the team but the after care has been horrendous and I would highly recommend you do not take your vehicles here for repair, because they don’t repair them… oh and you’ll find your car covered in bird lime under a sapping tree. Didn’t even have the decency to clean it before I collected the car. Absolutely shocking service. I’ll still keep trying to contact them but it just never seems to get me anywhere so motor ombudsman it is!! Do NOT use them.
