   A very sad day in September 2024. Replaced my wonderful E63s for a F90 M5 LCI However quickly fell in love with the M5 but always knew it had so much more potential. Unfortunately my car was plagued with the ECU being locked by BMW and I lost interest in doing anything more. Treated myself to a great GLA 45 for work and had so many people telling me to take to DMS for their magic. I knew of DMS from years of recommendations from fellow car nuts but the 45 was the first to be treated. That turned it from a semi quick car to a much quicker smoother and responsive country lane belter. As I was leaving, I said pity you can’t do anything “easy” with my M5. Fortunately for me (unfortunately for the wife) Tony said they now have a solution where you don’t have to send the ECU off to be unlocked so a same day service. This week the M5 went in, and…… ultimate result. Same day, DMS transformed it. It was near enough perfect before but had a few faults. Firstly the gearbox could have been more responsive especially in comfort mode. Secondly the overrun theatrics were limited by the OPF. Lastly it simply needed more power albeit the rear drive being biased out of corners. Now the gearbox is smoother and more responsive in all modes. You can still do driving Miss Daisy in comfort but it seems to more attentive when you want a sudden reaction. Using the paddles is so much better especially with the highest aggressive setting. A lot more dynamic from the exhaust, lots of subtle burbles, more deep bass yet no drone. The OPF is still there so no pops and bangs, plus I’m too old for that now. Hung up the Kenwood rear window sticker years ago. Mine is running 21” wheels with MSS adjustable springs. No modifications here but now it just has more of the point and go without the rear bias making one panic out of bends. I can only assume the optimisation of the torque has helped. All in all, I have absolutely no regret with what DMS have done in transforming the M5. Cheers to the DMS team for the extremely high level of service, guidance and execution of what they promised.

   I recently had my car remapped at this place and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish the service was excellent. The team was professional, knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. One thing that really stood out was the remapping facility itself. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and accessible with some great games to play whilst waiting along with an excellent view of the workshop. It was nice to be able to watch the process and feel involved with what was happening to my car. As for the remapping itself the improvements in performance were immediately noticeable. The car feels more responsive and smoother on the road. It accelerates more smoothly and has more power in lower gears making driving much more enjoyable. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the results. The whole process was seamless and I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to improve their cars performance and driving experience.

   Excellent friendly service from Tom and Julie from start to finish. Facilities are top notch. Tom and I worked on a plan to tailor the performance of my Golf R to my exact requirements regarding gear changes, engine power delivery and exhaust note. I was given a tour of the facilities and shown the cars they were currently working on along with a description of the modifications being performed. Cars included a Mercedes Black, Porsche GT3 RS, Ferrari 599, 900hp Porsche turbo and a Race McLaren 650. My car was tuned in an hour and a half. Performance exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

   I took my Mercedes A45S AMG to DMS for an ECU Stage 1 tune. The car was surprisingly only producing 386 BHP on the first dyno run. I was advised that this might have been due to the Armaspeed Air Filter. After some hard work and a few hours later the DMS team had now done the magic and the car was producing and astonishing 503 BHP - which is amazing for a stock car. Having used the car for more than a month now I can honestly say that this modification is worth every penny. If you own a W177 A45S go see the DMS Team. They offer a service second to none and your car will be even more fun and exhilarating to drive.

   Stage 1 map on my M140i Great group of people at DMS - Tony walked me through exactly how I wanted my map to be and all the added extras. Would recommend DMS to anyone looking to tune their car. They will provide honest answers about how you should go about tuning and even areas to avoid to prevent issues down the line.

   Outstanding service for my BMW M140i 'OEM+' from Tony and the team at DMS Automotive. Very experienced, reassuring and established performance service. I was delighted to receive a custom tune producing gains matching or exceeding the performance figures quoted, which brought out the best of my carefully chosen intake and exhaust upgrades to release my desired performance characteristics. I didn't realise they could also tune Eco Pro mode to make it just like Comfort, except now I have +1.5 mpg!
