   I like to think of myself as a polite person. While Tom, the Team Leader, was talking to a colleague, I asked if I could be served. He responded with a firm “no.” Whilst stood there talking mind, casually, no work discussion. I then said that, as a manager, I would have expected a more professional response — and I won’t repeat what he said next. As a manager myself, I couldn’t help but wonder: if that’s the way he behaves towards others, what kind of example or feedback does he give to his team? If you don’t care for customer service or respect, sure, this is the place to go. Otherwise not!!!

   Hidden fantastic beer garden and friendly staff! Dropped by when out for a walk. What a hidden gem right in the middle of Littleover. I never knew there was such a large beer garden or they had weekend live entertainment! Really good selection of beers including an occasional guest beers. Will definitely be calling back.
