   The prices at the front desk were higher than the online prices, although they did try to match the online prices, but not to the penny. Notwithstanding, I think the service was quite good. I replaced all 4 tyres and got a wheel balancing and alignment done for a relatively good price and quickly, albeit not the cheapest. One thing I do commend the shop for was giving my rims a buff to the best of their ability.

   Booked my car in for a MOT a few weeks ago - arrived today to be told that they can't do it as my car is too big (Land Rover). They serviced it there last year. The guy was rude, shrugged his shoulders, and din't apologise - just looked like they wanted to get off work early. No customer service. No more custom!

   I attended early for my appointed time and observed the team of 2 young men and an older man working their socks off.i was very impressed with their work ethic They fitted in my tyre need early with courtesy and professionalism. I commend the team and I think it was Dan (?) the older gentleman in particular

   They did an alignment of the wheels but they have not been properly aligned because the steering wheel continues to go to the right, also they did not tell me the state in which the brakes were, which I had requested.

   Went today half knowing what was wrong with my car. 2 boys sat in reception doing nothing explained what I thought it was asked if they could look said no. Workshop a total mess not doing anything else, just wanted confirmation of what was making a noise. Couldn’t have been more unwilling or more unhelpful. Went to Fareham branch who went above and beyond to help me out had a quick look - told me what I thought I knew and booked me in for tomorrow to fix.

   Brilliant bunch of guys! Completely fixed everything that was wrong with my car very quickly and got rid of my stress after my car miserably failing its MOT. Were also very welcoming and didn’t mind me working in their waiting area.

   I went to this MOT center. On Friday 14.10, I was rejected because there was actually a malfunction (a telescope on the front left). Apart from this, they wrote me a very long list of other parts to change soon. I took this result and went to the mechanic the next day. He told me that indeed the telescope needed changing, but not the others. This "list" cost me about £600. On Wednesday 19.10.2022 I was scheduled for the retest at 9:15. The center was free and, finally, at 9:39 someone comes and tells me that everything is ready... Why is there still a need for appointments if they are not respected even when the MOT station is free. My car was in the same place where I had parked it. How can you test a car that is in the parking lot in the MOT yard? This time I passed the MOT, but two parts on the back were still left for me to change. I refused and asked to be deleted because it is not the real evaluation. It was very difficult to convince someone from the service team to take the car up the ramp and prove to me that there are malfunctions. The testing was done by pulling the anti-roll bars by hand. Is this the procedure in an MOT station? I asked to be shown the standard parameters for these anti-roll bars and what is the situation in the case of my car. I was told that it is not possible.... I still do not agree that on my MOT sheet I have mentioned repairs to be done. The mechanic told me that there is no problem, that they will last me another 3-4 years anyway. Why do you mention them if they last 3-4 years??? Totally disappointed and I consider myself cheated by the treatment I received.
